How to get rid off bad behavioural tenant .
Possession - Section 8 and Section 21

I have a number of individual tenants in one house all on 6/9month AST. All of them have just moved in less than a month. One of the tenant has just moved in for less than a week and he was drank one night and passed out in the front door and left the front door open. One of female tenant in the house tried to help him to get into the house and he is aggresive towards her. Two female tenants were frightened and feel he put their life and safty of house in danger. If I do not get rid of the drank tenant they will leave. How can I get rid off the drank tenant?
