I am going to rent a four bed flat with shared living room, kitchen & bath to four single tenants. They are relatively young and I doubt any will credit check as able to pay the full rent. Am I right thinking that the Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement - Room only available on this site is the most appropriate and are there any disadvantages over a single agreement?
