West Bromwich tracker rate increase

Following the Bank of Ireland increasing their interest rate on tracker mortgages we have today received a letter from West Brom stating they are increasing (by 2%) the percentage added to the base rate on our tracker mortgages. The letter implies they are applying the increase because we are 'a landlord of multiple properties'. I note the complaints/appeal against Bank of Ireland are ongoing - anyone else affected by either of these?
