Tenant has just phoned and wants to add Girlfriend named on tenancy.

He is 4 months into a 6 month contract, we used the RLA standard AST from website.

How does one legally add a new tenant on?
Is it a matter of a New Tenancy?

I am not seeing any dangers in adding a new tenant on, it adds another party to name on a claim. Another contributor to Rent if LHA required. etc..
