Dear all

Just to give the good news that I was given possession in 21 days after todays court hearing. thank you all for various suggestions and advice. the court was in Uxbridge, a small court and for the sake of any one like me who has been frightened to go to court, there is nothing to get scared about actually. It was literally done in 2 minutes. Luckily the tenant did not bring Superstrike case at this stage. I did not ask for arrears either thinking he might bring up Superstrike as I had protected the 2003 deposit only in 2009 and he knew he had a claim. Now I need help in the best way to get the arrears sorted, bearing in mind he could and I know he will bring Superstrike case.
