Neighbour Complaint

I have received a complaint from the neighbour of my tenant that her dogs are causing a nuisance by making a noise during the night. I intend to write to her reminding her that she has permission for pets only if no nuisance is caused. If she does not abate the nuisance and I withdraw my permission and she fails to comply is this grounds for terminating the tenancy?
