I have an apartment which a wheelchair bound applicant would like to rent - in a way its ideal, with a big terrace and French windows from all rooms - but I am concerned about what he will want in the way of grab rails in the bathrooms, any amendments to kitchen furniture or sanitary ware.
Am I obliged to provide such items?
It would certainly be a huge expense if so!
Anyone with experience of such?
