I have let a property through an agent. The tenant and her daughter and son were occupying the property. At the time of the tenancy I think the daughter was 20 yrs old. Now she may be 21. She has got a baby now through some one who too I think is living there without my knowledge. My concern is when the tenant is asked to leave and given a S21 could the daughter stay on though she has not signed the agreement saying she has a baby and has no where to go?
