Son remains after tenants have left.
Possession - Section 8 and Section 21

After serving an S21 on my Tenants as they have not paid rent since the end of August, they have now left my property on the date stated on the S21, but their son who is in his 20's and was not on the Tenancy Agreement, but who had been living there, is still in the house.
Where do I stand legally? Can I go in and get him out and change the locks? Will the police evict him if I call them?
I would appreciate your advice on how to handle this.
