DPS now charging for all deposits over £500

When we chose DPS it was because it was a free service.

When I used to phone them to try to give them new fixed term info dates they did not want to know, said just reserve PI and t and c.

I got a shock when I went on the site as they had not sent me,their customer any information regarding the charge.

So every time you renew your deposits you will pay a fee.

However when I went onto our deposit it says active so I don't think they have quite got their act together

Our account despite them not registering any information after the first fixed term (on 3rd fixed term now) still reads as active and no one has sent us a bill.

Think I will keep quiet as I do not want to be charged.

Is it legal for them to start charging when we started with the scheme over a year ago?

What does anyone else think?
