Some help on documents/noticed

Hello everyone,

I have prepared two letters for my tenant (after serving a Sec. 21 form)
The first is a notice of vacation informing her of some basic procedure

and the other is a notice of arrears because she is witholing the last month's rent

Can someone with some legal experience browse through the two docs and tell me if they are ok from a legal standpoint?
