Hi, I have a Assured shorthold tenancy(TDS) agrement for a propert which is let out from 4/6/2013 to 4/6/2014 and the tennants were hoping to stay in for another term, I would normally issue another Asht agreement for another year, however I have another couple who wish to move in,I think I must give the existing tenants 2 months notice, but as this takes me past the end of the existing agreement, how should I proceed?
