For the benefit of members we are in the process of releasing a new flowchart called tenancy lifecycle - at any stage of the tenancy lifecycle we are able to give a quick route to an answer or documents (Click the question marks) at present all the hyperlinks are not enabled.

These are in the final stages and we would welcome any constructive feedback. Alternatively if you would like to contribute to this process and receive sneak previews of future developments such as the relaunching of the Forum please email [email protected]
