I have a tenant who has rent arrears, and I have used the accelerated process (S21) to get a possession order the date for possession has expired. I have applied for the bailiff eviction using form N325. I do no have a date yet.
The tenant has offered to pay arrears. My question is can I delay the eviction order until he pay the arrears? If yes how do I do this? That bailiff dept never answers the phone! If the tenant does not follow through and pay all rent arrears can I reinstate the eviction order? Or will I have to submit a new n325?
