Hello

Other than the monthly rent obviously, are there any other charges that I ask the tenant to cover?

I've heard mention that people charge for other things and wondered what the general rule is?
Do I pay for the inventory, credit checks etc????

I'm very new to this and don't want to either a) rip my tenants off by asking them to pay more than necessary....or b) pay everything myself and realise some of it should be shared with tenants!!!
