Tenants hate each other

I am getting sick of 2 lots of tenants living next door moaning about each other. Accusations from either side are denied by other. Dogs are aggressive - no they are not, parking in wrong place - no they are not, verbal abuse - no it wasn't, commandeering communal areas - no we didn't etc etc. I am sure they each want me to serve notice on the others, I feel like serving notice on them both! Anyone experienced anything similar? If so what did you do? (Can't work out how to change name from Member, so sorry if I have offended anyone)
