Hi I have a 3 bedroom terraced house which is up for let, and someone has applied for the tenancy.. their situation is....

1 Adult female, with a young daughter (entitled to own room)
and 1 Male friend

Both adults will be in receipt of housing benefit, and will sleep in different rooms, but share the bathroom, kitchen, and living room.

I just wanted to check this did not fall into becoming a HMO.
