Does the Building Management have the rights to deny their landlords / directors contact information of fellow landlords/directors of the block of flats?

We do get the AGM meeting minutes which contains names of the landlords/directors (that means the landlords / directors meet at least once a year), but we are refused emails and telephone no. Can the building management company do this to us as landords / directors?

Do the landlords/directors have the rights to ask copies of the invoices which we paid for the service charge?
