Dear RLA,
Am I obligated to carry out regular Health &Safety checks on a let property? Obviously I have a gas check by a qualified engineer each year and will have electrical checks carried out at the time shown on the electrical safety certificate. What I refer to is a general check to make sure everything else is OK.
Perhaps you could let me know.
