Good Morning

I have a quite unusual query

I have a property where I discovered the tenants were illegally extracting electricity by bypassing the prepayment meter, they removed the live meter tail from the electric meter, removed the main fuse and placed the live tail directly into the bottom of the fuse carrier, thus bypassing any fuseing to the property, the electric supplier was informed and they removed the entire supply, it transpires that it was the third time they had been to the property due to the illegal extraction of electricity.
Can we now serve a section 8 to remove the tenant from the property as they are now living there without any smoke alarms, heating etc,
Their tenant started on the 2.6.2014 for six months.

Regards

Andrew
