Tenants forwarding letters

Hi,

I have 14 properties and almost 70 tenants (all properties are HMO's). I want to add a clause to the license (or AST) that I use which says tenants need to forward mail from previous tenants to a certain address and send mail to me (bills etc) when it arrives.

Can you help me and send me a clause which I can add? It does n't need to be perfect just something general I can edit... I'm just not sure how to word it...
