Is anyone else aware of the council's consultation period now active on this proposed scheme? I only found out by accident, and the majority of our portfolio is actually IN Central St Leonards!

I've yet to read through the 32 page Consultation Report and complete the survey, they can be found at hastings.gov.uk/selective with submissions due by 31st December 2014 and proposed start date July 2015.
