I have been using Chattels of London since February 2011 for my flat in London E14.

I have referred a friend of mine this year March and my friend having trouble recovering rental monies worth of 4 months from the agent.

Mine is still in order but not sure when I tried to contact him since 15/8/2014 to no avail for more than 3 months now.

He never forwarded the tenency agreement to me for the renewed one in July 2014 this year and am worried now and want to serve notice in order to minimise damages.

I cannot afford any missed rental payments as are used to pay for my mortgage.

Please let me know how to get hold of my tenants as am in Singapore.
