Two Guarantors on NRLA Guarantor Form

Hi everyone,

I am recently switching over from an agency to managing myself whilst keeping the same tenants. Previously they had two guarantors on the agreement.

With the new agreement on the NRLA resources on the first page it only has space for one guarantor. But on the second page it has space for two guarantors. How do i go about ensuring the form is filled in correctly.

The other annoying thing is both guarantors are in different cities but i can send the forms off and included a SAE to ensure i get them back.
