Our tenant moved in as a sole tenant with NLA tenancy agreement and a NLA guarantor agreement in 2018.
Now,3 years later her partner has moved in and I must do right-to rent checks now that she has informed me he has moved in. Should we write a new tenancy agreement or will that invalidate the original guarantor agreement? The buildings insurance accepts partners of those on tenancy agreement. Are there any other difficulties with this? thank you.
