Hello, I'm hoping for some advice re completing my 22-23 tax return....       I was married early in the 2022-23 financial year. I came into the marriage owning some rental properties. My question... When I complete my tax return, do I complete it as I have done previously (stating that the properties belong to me solely) or because we were married, does HMRC now consider that my husband and I have become "partners" and I will thus need to complete my tax return differently, dividing the income between us? Thoughts and advice welcome. Thank you.
