The NRLA recently said in a report, that 33% of landlords are going to reduce the number of properties they own. 

That means a lot of tenants needing somewhere to live in a market that's already way short of the number of properties required.

So, if you can't stay with friends or family and the council HAVE to find you accommodation, does that mean they have an endless supply of available hotels and B&B's etc availabe to them if required?  How does that work?
