Hi new LL here, rapid learning curve.  Would appreciate group feedback on purchasing a flat with sitting LHA tenant, over 70yo, and possibly on state pension.  It's a ground floor flat in a Victorian conversion, with freehold.

Could an owner-occupier get a mortgage to move in themselves?

grateful for any avice on potential risks/ pitfalls for purchaser, thank you
