NRLA & Birmingham City Council Landlord Meeting

As hopefully the roadmap out of lockdown progresses, landlords’ attention turns towards the future and the changes/implications expected from both the Tenant Reform Bill and the revisions to Minimum Energy Efficiency Standards for Private Rental Properties. We welcome NRLA Director of Policy & Practice Chris Norris to report on the latest discussions with government regarding progress towards the NRLA specific proposals in these and other areas.

In addition, officers from Birmingham City Council will provide updates on local initiatives and projects.
