What is Hub?

Hub is a software platform and remote video triage service that automates reactive maintenance in rented properties and reduces the cost associated with repairs.

Hub saves time and money for landlords that manage their own properties by connecting their tenants to engineers over video, solving simple maintenance issues remotely, and by triaging more complicated ones so that a physical contractor can attend with parts and make a first-time fix.

Once your contactors are added to the system, you can then automatically request quotes or instruct works based on the outcome of a triage call with personalised communication templates.

Gaps in your little black book of contractors? No problem. Activate Hub partner contractors for hard to source categories or to cover out of hours maintenance.

Hub is powered by the Help me Fix triage service, which is active in over 50,000 properties nationwide and proven to reduce call-out charges by up to 50%.

Sign up to Hub with our NRLA Referral Code 5PQCHME4 and try Hub absolutely free! If you decide to sign up, you can benefit from an exclusive NRLA early bird discount of 50%!

Improve service to your tenants

Reduce maintenance headaches

Hub is a comprehensive software solution for landlords, designed to provide an efficient and cost-effective solution for property maintenance. Our platform connects your tenants directly to experienced tradespeople via a white-label tenant-facing app, allowing for remote diagnosis and resolution of simple issues. This eliminates the need for a physical visit in many cases, saving you money on call-out charges and reducing the stress of coordinating repairs.

How much does it cost

Save up to 50% on your maintenance bills and access a nationwide network of “on-call” Tradespeople, ready to serve your tenants remotely, in an instant.

Hub is available as a low monthly subscription per property with all calls included* priced at £12 per month for single lets and £3 per room for HMOs**

NRLA members get an exclusive, “out of the box” discount of 20%.

Even better, for the first 1000 sign ups, the discount extends to give a MASSIVE 50% discount on the standard per-unit cost, which means that for a limited time only, NRLA members can sign up to Hub for £6 per property per month for the first 12 months!**
Every subscription includes access to all service categories.

How to get started

STEP 1: Add your properties, contractors and tenants to the system and tie them together with locations.

STEP 2: Schedule or send your tenants their welcome links or print off QR codes for the property.

STEP 3: When your tenant has a maintenance issue, they connect to a remote engineer via video who tries to solve the problem remotely, and if the issue requires a visit, will collect photos and all information required to make a first-time repair.

STEP 4: The remote engineer fills out a call report and recommends next steps. The buttons they press in the report will trigger different workflows in Hub based on trade category, time of day and the urgency of the issue.

STEP 5: Based on your preferences, Hub will then send out a white-label quote request or a works instruction to your chosen contractor, giving them all of the information, they need to repair the problem first time.

THAT'S IT! LET OUR EXPERIENCED TRIAGE ENGINEERS DO THE REST.

What happens after the call?

If the issue is resolved remotely and no further works are required, you will receive a job report and the photos from the call.

If a physical visit is required and the works are non-urgent, you can automate follow-on quote requests and works instructions in Hub or send out manually. Don’t have your own contractors? Use one of our recommended national contractors.

If the issue is an emergency and requires immediate physical attendance, you can set up automatic out of hours emergency dispatch in Hub to one of your regular contractors, or a Help me Fix Partner contractor.

*All physical dispatch costs are not included with the monthly subscription.

What landlords are saying about Hub

''Being able to resolve an issue straight away and the comfort of knowing it will be sorted was massive for me. Being able to instantly connect with someone means the tenant can instantly start solving the problem. It resolves the immediate emergency, and help tenants become more practical.''

''It was without a doubt the best thing ever. Super quick, super easy to use and it solved the problem without having to wait a long time for an engineer to be available to attend and the tenant was back up and running within 30 minutes of reporting the issue.''

''One of the most stressful parts of managing your property is the urgent out of hours works when you are away or enjoying family time over the holiday season. Having a robust and effective method of diagnosing and often repairing the issue not only makes for a happy tenant but keeps costs down for a landlord.''
